...Let me start by telling you how much we appreciated the treatment that your staff gave us while we were there and even more how much we were overwhelmed by the birdlife we encountered. I have been birdwatching in Okavango in Botswana, Kakado in Australia, Keoladeo in India, and in many other places, but I believe that Hato Piñero beats them all. I only wish that we could have stayed a couple of more days...

We are here on our honeymoon-- Hato Piñero is beautiful, peaceful, romantic and very educational--specially when your guide is Juan Carlos (or "JC" for short). JC's knowledge of animals and particular birds is incredible (he knows the names both in Spanish and English)--we have learned a lot and laughed a lot--PERFECT!!!...

...and for the second part of our stay we were treated to the company of Orlando, who shared with us all his experiences of life and his extensive knowledge of biology and evolution-- a real lesson in life! (not to mention lots of extra help in planning the rest of our holiday in Venezuela). Thank you...we'll be back!!

Me encanto desde todo punto de vista. It was a wonderful weekend, full of experiences that make you feel you don't want it to end. It was an encounter with nature so strong that I'm sure I'll react differently for today onwards.
